Confidence Coverage Guarantee™
At Vancouver Interior Painting, we stand behind our work. If something covered by our guarantee falls short, we will take care of it.
Your satisfaction is a priority, and our commitment continues after the painting project is complete. The guarantee is designed to help you feel confident in your decision to work with us.
What does the Confidence Coverage Guarantee include?
Your project is covered for 24 months from the date of completion.
The guarantee specifically protects against application defects connected to improper preparation or painting. If a covered issue appears during the guarantee period, contact Vancouver Interior Painting so the concern can be reviewed.
Our promise is straightforward: we deliver professional painting services, stand behind qualifying workmanship, and support customers when something covered needs attention.
What is not covered?
The guarantee covers qualifying application defects, but it does not cover damage or failure caused by conditions outside the completed painting work.
Moisture-related damage
Mold, mildew and damage connected to water exposure are not covered.
Normal wear and tear
Everyday use, marks and ordinary aging of painted surfaces are excluded.
Material conditions
Wood rot, tannin stains and rust stains are not included in the guarantee.
Previous paint failures
Problems caused by paint layers that existed before our work are not covered.
Later repairs or alterations
DIY repairs or changes made by a homeowner or third party may void the warranty.
Agreed exclusions
Areas specifically identified as not covered in the original agreement remain excluded.
Keeping your guarantee valid
Two simple requirements help confirm that your project remains eligible for the Confidence Coverage Guarantee™.
These conditions ensure that the project scope was formally approved and that the account was completed according to the agreed payment terms.
We are here to help.
Contact Vancouver Interior Painting when you need more information about the guarantee or want to discuss a concern with a completed project.
